I’m Anna Hausner
I’m Anna, a photographer from Munich and a mother of two. In my Westend studio, I photograph expectant parents, newborns and families. I also photograph weddings and visit nurseries for photography days.
My own studio since 2015
My Munich studio opened in 2015. Over the years, I have met many families. Some have been coming since their first pregnancy and now return with their children. These encounters are one of the things I enjoy most about my work.
How I photograph
My photographs are light and simple. I enjoy working with natural light and soft colours. I want you to recognise yourselves in the photographs and remember the people and that time in your lives when you look at them.
What I photograph for you
My natural-light studio has room for different stages of your family life.
During a maternity session we discover together which photographs feel right for you. I help you with posture and movement. You decide what to wear and how much skin you would like to show.
During a newborn session we follow your baby’s needs. Feeding, changing and cuddling are all part of it. You as parents should have time to settle in too. We take the photographs that work well on your day.
With family photography all of you are in the photographs together. I suggest ideas for the pictures and leave time for playing and moving around in between.
Experience and continued learning
Even after many years, I keep learning. Through workshops, further training and conversations with fellow photographers, I continue to explore photography and my approach to it.
You speak directly with me
From your first enquiry to your finished photographs, I am your point of contact. Before the session, we discuss your wishes, the plan and the costs. If something is on your mind, you can talk to me directly.
My approach
You do not need any experience in front of the camera. In my studio I show you what works well in photographs. Afterwards, I put together a selection for you and edit the photographs included in your package.
When I’m not taking photographs
I enjoy spending time with my family and outdoors in nature. As a mother of two, I also know how rarely you appear in your own family photographs.
